(God of) the water (river) is pleased with the throne.

Its a name generally taken by ruling houses who are worshippers of the river goddess, common in Ifẹ̀ or Ọ̀ṣun. Usually, a child so named must have been specially requested from the goddess. Say for example a 1st male child born by a reigning king after ascending the throne.
