Odùlàtẹ̀ is an Ijebu name, their ancestors lived between Ikorodu in today's Lagos state and Sagamu in Ogun state. It was the creation of Lagos state in 1967 that separated their home from their farmland. Some of their first generations settled at home ( Ikorodu) some settled in the farmland ( Sagamu)
