Meaning of Kádijú

Let's close our eyes (and pretend to die, just to see who will mourn one).

Extended Meaning

It is my belief that the name comes from a proverb. The full would be “Kádijú, ká láa kú, ká wo ẹni tí yóó sunkún ẹni, ká bùrìn, bùrìn, ká f'ẹsẹ̀ kọ, ká wo ẹni tí yóó ṣeni pẹ̀lẹ́“ My dad recently sent this translation “Ká-di- ojú (close your eyes), ká pé a kú ( pretend that you are dead), ká wo ẹni tí yóó sunkún ẹni (imagine who would mourn one)" And we are from Ìsẹ́yìn. - User explanation.
